2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when completing the subscription form (name and email address) and the browsing data generated when visiting the site (cookies, truncated IP address, device identifiers).
3. Purposes
Your data is used to send you information about curated real estate projects, improve the platform, respond to your enquiries and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you subscribe, on pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the fulfilment of legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active. After unsubscribing, the data is blocked for the applicable legal periods and deleted thereafter.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties unless legally required. We work with processors located within the European Economic Area (hosting and email-sending providers) under contracts compliant with art. 28 GDPR.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@altseasonqf.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
